Chair side dental assisting experience is required. Competitive pay and bonus opportunities available. Responsibilities Welcoming, friendly, empathetic to patients Sterilize instruments according to regulations Assist the dentist and dental hygienist Taking vitals and updating medical histories Setting and cleaning up the operatories after the procedures Taking digital X-rays Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Schedule follow-up appointments Answering the phone Assist with treatment plans and payment procedures Inventory follow up and ordering Supervising and managing the weekly/monthly OSHA and Board regulations Flexible to help in other office duties as required It is a full time position with approximately 32•38 hrs/week.
