We're looking for an Orthodontic Assistant who is reliable, motivated, and excited to be part of a collaborative team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, combining clinical skills with meaningful patient interaction.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and maintain clean, organized treatment areas Provide chairside assistance during orthodontic procedures Adjust braces and place wires under doctor supervision Take diagnostic records, including X-rays and 3D scans Assist with orthodontic models and retainers Sterilize instruments and follow all safety protocols Help maintain clinical equipment Monitor and track inventory and supplies Support overall office flow and cleanliness

What We're Looking For:

Knowledge of dental terminology and oral anatomy (orthodontic experience preferred) Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Team player willing to jump in wherever needed Why Smith Ortho?
