Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Assistant, where your energy and expertise will help create a positive, efficient environment for patient care. In this role, you will support dentists during procedures, manage patient comfort, and ensure the smooth operation of daily clinical activities. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to delivering exceptional dental services in a fast-paced, friendly setting. Duties Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are ready for patient appointments. Take and develop dental X-rays using advanced equipment such as 3D scanners and medical imaging tools while maintaining strict infection control standards. Manage patient records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Epic, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Perform chairside assisting with aseptic technique, vital signs measurement, and medical documentation to support patient safety and care quality. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, greeting patients as a dental receptionist, and managing medical records with precision. Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment by adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized. Skills Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members like dental receptionists and other healthcare professionals.
