Amazing patients:

As a Dental Assistant on our team, you'll be responsible for: Assisting our doctor during procedures, making temporaries, placing rubber dams & restorations Educating patients on treatment plan recommendations and working with Spear education videos Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment plans using dental practice management software (Eaglesoft) Administering nitrous oxide, as needed, Starting IV for sedation Providing VIP treatment to patients while getting to know them personally Front desk cross-training to assist when needed
Requirements:
Dental assistant certificate from an accredited program Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and interact with patients Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with dentists and other dental professionals Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records Commitment to maintaining strict infection control standards Seeking a permanent position and growth within our office
