The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, leadership experience, and experience with ordering and lab case management. Our office utilizes advanced AI technology and voice-note integration to create a seamless, efficient patient experience and support streamlined clinical workflows. Responsibilities Assist doctors during dental procedures Perform expanded duties, including coronal polishing, within state regulations Lead and support clinical team operations Manage dental supply ordering and inventory Coordinate and track lab cases Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Train and mentor dental assistants as needed Provide excellent patient care and communication Problem-solve efficiently and work independently within state regulations and scope of practice Qualifications Current EDDA certification/license 3 Years Dental assisting experience required Leadership experience preferred Experience with ordering and lab case management Coronal polishing certification preferred (if applicable by state) Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment CPR/BLS certification Benefits Competitive pay PTO and holidays Continuing education opportunities Modern, technology-driven office environment Supportive team culture
