We believe in providing our patients with the highest level of care and we're looking for someone who shares the same commitment. If you're a proactive team player who takes initiative, we'd love to hear from you. Please send resumes to Responsibilities Assist the dentist during various procedures, including examinations, cleanings, and surgeries. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are sterile and ready for use. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Manage patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow within the office. Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment. Skills Proficient in dental assisting techniques with a solid understanding of anatomy knowledge. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality. Knowledge of medical coding related to dental procedures is beneficial. Ability to perform aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and team members. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
