Dental Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our practice. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist the dentist during a variety of dental treatment procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring comfort and relaxation.
• Take digital dental radiographs (x-rays).
• Provide post-operative instructions as directed by the dentist.
• Assist with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Manage supplies and inventory.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
• Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, and managing patient records.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of dental assisting experience
• CPR certification

Preferred Skills & Experience:
