We are seeking someone who is dependable, motivated, patient-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position is ideal for a dental assistant who enjoys both clinical care and teamwork, takes initiative, communicates well, and is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow within a supportive office culture. Responsibilities Chairside assisting during dental procedures Assisting with orthodontic procedures and patient flow Taking dental X-rays and clinical photos Preparing and sterilizing instruments and operatories Maintaining operatory flow and cleanliness Supporting patient care, comfort, and education Assisting providers with clinical procedures and daily workflow Accurate charting and clinical documentation Collaborating closely with dental, ortho, hygiene, and admin teams Qualifications 1+ years of clinical dental assisting experience Proficient in both dental and orthodontic assisting EDDA certification required Bilingual English/Spanish required X-ray certification preferred Available to work Saturdays Strong clinical knowledge, organization, and patient communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Benefits Health insurance Paid holidays Paid vacation Performance-based bonuses Growth opportunities within the practice
Compensation:
