AUDUBON DENTAL IS HIRING PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING
Audubon Dental is currently hiring for TWO separate positions within our administrative team. While both positions require dental experience, the responsibilities are different. Please read each position description carefully and apply only for the role that best matches your experience and strengths. We are seeking experienced dental professionals who can contribute quickly and confidently in a fast-paced environment. Insurance & Revenue Administration This position is responsible for insurance administration, claim management, benefit verification, and ensuring accurate reimbursement.
Responsibilities:
Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Submit insurance claims accurately and timely Ensure all required attachments and documentation are included prior to submission Track outstanding claims and follow up with insurance carriers Resolve claim denials and payment discrepancies Review insurance estimates for accuracy Maintain accurate patient insurance information Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams regarding claim requirements Monitor insurance aging and assist in reducing outstanding balances
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of dental insurance experience required Strong understanding of PPO insurance plans Experience with claim submission and insurance follow-up Ability to identify missing information before claims are submitted Exceptional attention to detail Experience with Dentrix Ascend preferred
Ideal Candidate:
You enjoy solving insurance puzzles, tracking down answers, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You are organized, detail-oriented, and take pride in getting claims paid correctly. Treatment & Patient Care Coordinator This position is responsible for helping patients move forward with treatment by providing education, financial guidance, scheduling, and follow-up.
Responsibilities:
Present treatment plans to patients Explain recommended treatment and answer questions Discuss financial arrangements and payment options Schedule treatment appointments Follow up on unscheduled treatment Contact patients regarding outstanding treatment recommendations Assist with patient reactivation efforts Check patients in and out as needed Coordinate closely with doctors and clinical staff
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience required Experience presenting treatment plans Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable discussing finances and payment options Ability to educate and motivate patients without pressure Experience with Dentrix Ascend preferred
