Job Description

Position Description:
Delta College is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Slidell Campus as a Dental Assistant Instructor. This is a full-time, day shift role, that will provide the perfect candidate with a great opportunity to share their knowledge and experience with our students. At Delta College , we believe that education should be within reach for everyone, regardless of financial circumstances. The college offers training for all faculty staff and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
Learning and adapting the course curriculum. Mentoring students and providing additional support when needed. Overseeing examinations and final practical tests. Providing course feedback to the Director. Maintain accurate and up-to-date classroom records.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years of experience working in a Dental Practice. EDDA certification. Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Teaching experience is preferred, but not required. Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment drug and background screening. Ready to make a difference in the lives of students?
