Boston, MA (In person) Pay Range $27.00 - $30.00 per hour (Depending on experience) Job Description & Responsibilities We are seeking a reliable, highly organized, and friendly Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) to join our growing multidisciplinary practice. In this role, you will work closely with our specialists to deliver exceptional clinical support and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures, with a strong focus on restorative dentistry and oral surgery. Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms adhering to strict OSHA and CDC guidelines. Greet patients warmly, help them feel comfortable, and prepare them for treatment. Take digital X-rays and intraoral impressions as required. Maintain accurate patient clinical records and assist with smooth patient flow throughout the day. Collaborate effectively with dentists, specialists, and team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements Certification:
Valid Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) license or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) status in Massachusetts.
Certifications:
Up-to-date CPR Certification is required.
Health Compliance:
Must have an up-to-date Hepatitis B vaccination .
Experience:
Prior chairside experience in restorative dentistry and oral surgery procedures is highly preferred.
