We believe in delivering exceptional care and having fun while doing it. If you're enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and love learning new things—we'll train you on everything else. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dental clinic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our dental professionals in providing high-quality patient care. This position requires a blend of clinical and administrative responsibilities, ensuring that our practice runs smoothly while delivering exceptional service to our patients. Duties Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols. Maintain accurate medical records and patient information, adhering to HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions. Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and handle administrative tasks as needed. Ensure the dental clinic is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Take digital scans (iTero), X-rays, and clinical photos (training provided). Educate and support patients on their smile journey. Help with occasional video or social content for patient education and outreach. Skills Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and work collaboratively within a team. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
