We are seeking a team-oriented Dental Assistant to support our Dentists in providing exceptional clinical care at our non-corporate practice here in the Braintree MA area. We are a well-established office with a strong patient base, modern systems, and a supportive clinical team that values efficiency, communication, and high-quality care. Schedule:
Full-Time Responsibilities:
Strive to provide the best patient experience Support and Assist dentist chairside with clinical treatment of patients. Assist with documentation and the upkeep of records Listen, empathize and address all patient concerns Provide clear communication and education on treatment plans and maintaining oral health. Oversee operatory set-up and clean-up, including sterilization process. Take radiographs/x-rays Support front desk and office manager as needed with admin needs, patient calls, etc.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of Dental Assistant experience. CRP Certification- Radiography/ X-RAY certification per state guidelines Well versed in dental terminology and procedures Maintains a positive, collaborative and supportive disposition with team and patients Maintain compliance with state dental practice requirements (i.e., X-ray requirements, OSHA, and CE training). Understands and complies with HIPAA and HITECH Act of 2009
