Premium Cosmetic Practice Schedule:
Monday through Thursday (Full-Time or Part-Time options available) About Our Practice We are a high-end cosmetic dental practice in the heart of Brookline, dedicated to world-class smile design and outstanding patient experiences. Our office is modern, our technology is cutting-edge, and our team is growing. We love what we do, and we are looking for a top-tier Dental Assistant who shares that same passion, precision, and drive. The Role This is a position for an experienced, sharp, and highly efficient clinical professional. You will work hand-in-hand with our doctors to deliver flawless restorative care, seamlessly managing advanced technology and patient comfort.
Please note:
This is a fast-paced, high-level role and is not an entry-level position.
Core Responsibilities Advanced Clinical Assisting:
Lead chairside workflow for high-end cosmetic, veneer, periodontic, and implant procedures.
Digital & Imaging Excellence:
Confidently operate CBCT scans , iTero , and 3Shape scanners for precise diagnostics, digital impressions, and treatment tracking.
Orthodontic & Whitening Support:
Assist with Invisalign case setups and monitoring, and guide patients through advanced whitening protocols (including Zoom).
Clinical Efficiency:
Manage precise room setups, infection control protocols, and alginate impressions.
Patient Engagement:
Build immediate rapport with patients and support front-office flow with strong communication and phone skills.
Qualifications Experience:
Robust clinical background with a deep understanding of dental health, pathology, and treatment.
Technology:
Proven proficiency with digital intraoral scanning and 3D imaging.
Credentials:
CDA or RDA preferred. Specialized experience in cosmetic dentistry, porcelain veneers, or implant therapy is highly valued.
