Job Description

Orthodontic Assistant - Full-Time Join Our Passionate, Patient-Centered Team! We are seeking a motivated and friendly Orthodontic Assistant/Patient Coordinator to join our fast-paced orthodontic practice. You'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding patient care while supporting our clinical team.
What You'll Do:
Follow treatment plans as prescribed by one doctor and a 4-person chairside team Provide superior, professional orthodontic care with a positive, team-oriented attitude Explain procedures, overcome objections, and provide a trusting and caring attitude Work with a dedicated team of professionals Seeking a motivated, adaptable, and patient-focused team member. This unique position is designed for someone who enjoys both clinical and administrative responsibilities and is excited to be cross-trained in all aspects of orthodontic care.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent X-Ray Certification (Required) Commonwealth of MA Dental Assisting License (Required) Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Schedule:
