Job Description:
Your day-to-day will include:
  • Being the right hand to our endodontist during procedures (root canals, surgeries, and everything in between)
  • Prepping treatment rooms and keeping our sterilization game strong (OSHA and CDC compliant, always)
  • Taking digital X-rays and CBCT scans like a pro
  • Making patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit
  • Setting up and breaking down operatories efficiently between appointments
  • Maintaining equipment, managing inventory, and keeping us organized
  • Getting exposure to advanced techniques and technology that most practices don't use
What We're Looking For:
Must-haves:
  • Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent with an active Massachusetts license
  • Dental X-Ray Certification
  • Radiology Certification
  • At least 1 year of dental assisting experience (preferred but not required)
  • Great communication skills and a friendly, professional presence
  • Ability to stay calm and focused when things get busy
  • Commitment to maintaining top-notch infection control standards
Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience in endodontics or surgical assisting
  • A genuine interest in learning and growing professionally
  • Enthusiasm for working in a teaching-focused environment
