Overview:

Duxbury Dental Associates is a private dental practice looking to hire an energetic, motivated, and self-sufficient Certified Dental Assistant. Our office prides itself in providing quality dental care in a comforting and positive environment. We are seeking an outgoing individual to join our team that shares the same passion for a great patient experience!

Position Details:

Certified Dental Assistant Full Time or Part Time:

Mon-Thurs 7:30-3:30

Job Duties:

Set up treatment rooms for planned procedures including trays, instruments, materials and supplies; cleans before and after appointments in preparation for next patient Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment Takes digital x-rays, assist with oral examinations and patient charting Ensure patients are comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment Passes instruments and materials and performs routine procedures Manages and schedules patient appointments as needed; maintains an active inventory of equipment and supplies Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Current Dental Assistant license Completion of a dental assistant program or equivalent experience; at least one (1) year of related experience. Current X-ray certification Experience with dental software and technology Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Understanding of infection control and sterilization procedures

Pay:

$25.00
