Our ideal dental assistant is someone who: Has strong customer service skills - we have built our practice on this value Loves working with KIDS! Has 1+ years of dental assistant experience especially in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics Is a team player Carries themselves with a "can do" attitude Exhibits excellent people and communication skills Intentional and focuses on attention to detail Ability to manage time and appointments effectively in a fast paced practice
What You'll Do:
Assist the dentist during pediatric and orthodontic procedures. Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments. Take digital X-rays and intraoral photographs. Help create a fun, positive, and comfortable experience for our young patients. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate patient records. Support the clinical team with daily operations while following infection control protocols.
