Position Overview PDG Milford is seeking a full-time Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or FTDA to support our Pediatric Hygiene team . Milford, MA Key Responsibilities Assist pediatric hygienists during preventive care appointments using four-handed dentistry Prepare and break down treatment rooms, instruments, and supplies Take pediatric dental radiographs while following all safety and compliance protocols Help guide and comfort pediatric patients to ensure a positive dental visit Assist with charting and documentation in EMR systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix Sterilize instruments according to OSHA and infection control standards Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly clinical environment Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, and front desk staff to ensure efficient patient flow Uphold HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Qualifications CDA or FTDA certification in accordance with Massachusetts regulations Pediatric dentistry or pediatric hygiene experience preferred Strong chairside assisting and X-ray skills Friendly, patient-focused demeanor with children and families Familiarity with Eaglesoft or Dentrix preferred Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude Why Join PDG Milford?
