Sign-On Bonus:

$750 after 6 months of employment! What You'll Do Assist chairside for a wide range of procedures: restorations, endodontics, crown & bridge, implants, Invisalign, and oral surgery Oversee and share responsibility for daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance, spore testing, and logs Take impressions and pours, and be eager to learn custom trays and wax bites Perform digital scanning with Trio's, Primescan, and Itero systems Help organize the lab and maintain logs for outgoing cases Support a paperless, fully digital office workflow What We're Looking For Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Experience with CareStack and Tigerview preferred Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Team player with leadership potential Ability to make temporary crowns Why You'll Love Working Here Busy, modern office with advanced technology No weekends!

Office hours:

Mon-Thurs 8-5, Fri 9-3 Must be available to close at least 2 nights per week Competitive salary based on experience Supportive team culture with opportunities to grow into leadership
