Williams Periodontics & Dental Implants 120 South Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201 Your Role as a Dental Assistant Create a warm and welcoming experience for every patientAssist chairside during periodontal and implant proceduresPrepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain OSHA-compliant workflowsTake and process digital dental x-raysEducate patients on oral hygiene, treatment expectations, and post-operative careMaintain organized treatment areas and support inventory managementDocument patient care accurately and support smooth daily clinical flow What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (required)Completion of a dental assisting program (preferred)1+ year of dental assisting experience preferred, ideally in a surgical or periodontal settingRadiography certification requiredCPR certification requiredStrong communication skills, reliability, and a patient-first mindsetProfessional, calm, and team-oriented approach About the Practice At Michael J.
