The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to our dentists , ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic and supportive environment.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist dentists and hygienists with patient care, including preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining aseptic technique.
  • Operate dental equipment, including 3D scanners and X-rays, to support diagnostic and treatment procedures.
  • Utilize Medical coding and medical terminology to document patient records and billing information.
  • Provide pediatric dentistry support, including assisting with patient communication and creating a comfortable environment for young patients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including electronic records using Eaglesoft software.
  • Participate in four-handed dentistry, working closely with the dentist and hygienist to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Assist with medical imaging procedures and interpret results as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to all safety and infection control protocols.
  • Perform other administrative and clinical duties as required.
