We are offering part time position . You must have valid dental license for the state of Massachusetts. Compensation would be based upon experience, and will discuss it at the interview.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care while ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. As a Dental Assistant, you will assist the dentist during procedures, manage patient records, and help maintain a sterile environment in compliance with infection control protocols. Duties Assist the dentist during examinations and various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary materials are available. Set up and breakdown operatories. Take X-rays. Follow OSHA and HIPPA guidelines at all the time. Manage appointment scheduling and assist with front desk duties as needed, including handling inquiries and coordinating patient flow. Having good computer skills is a plus. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Maintain infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff. Collaborate effectively with team members to provide exceptional patient care. Maintain a clean and professional office environment. Experience Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred. New interns are welcome ! Willing to train the right candidate who is a good team player. Knowledge of medical documentation practices and infection control standards is essential. Experience in a dental receptionist role is advantageous but not required. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
