  • Full-time We are a well established, flourishing, private practice in downtown Winchester.
Dr. Nabil Ibrahim is a solo practitioner who has been working in Winchester for over 20 years. Our practice is expanding and we are looking for an additional full time Front Desk Administrative Assistant. We offer a pleasant, safe, balanced and stress free work environment. With the emergence of COVID-19, we have installed a Jade Air filtration unit in each operatory room as well as one in the waiting room. We are looking for an outgoing, reliable and motivated team player with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Excellent computer skills are necessary. We are a paperless office with Eaglesoft as our dental software. At least 1 year of experience in a dental/medical office required.
Front Desk Job Responsibilities include:
Answering phones, greeting patients and checking them in for their appointments Scheduling and confirming appointments for doctor and hygienists Assist with management of the daily office schedule to support production and collection goals Coordinate treatment plan follow-up and assist with financial proposals for patients Contact patients regarding outstanding or unscheduled treatment Checking out patients and collecting payments. Verifying insurance benefits and eligibility, calculating and collecting copayments Submitting dental claims, posting insurance payments and sending bills. Record keeping, ordering supplies, scanning & faxing, uploading documents and x-rays Assist the doctor with administrative projects when needed (letters, documents, presentations, etc.) Monitor assigned email & voicemail accounts and respond to communications throughout the day Working hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Lunch hour 1:00 to 2:00pm. Competitive wages and benefits depending on candidate's experience and availability.
