In our small practice, teamwork is everything—you'll play an important role in creating a fun, comfortable experience for children while supporting the doctor in delivering high-quality care. What You'll Do Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow Help children feel comfortable and at ease during their visit Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments are clean and ready Take dental X-rays (if certified) and maintain accurate patient records Provide chairside support and patient education on oral hygiene Support sterilization and keep the clinical area clean and organized, especially during busy times What We're Looking For Friendly, patient, and comfortable working with children Strong communication and teamwork skills Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dental assisting experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate X-ray certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain) Join our small team and help create positive dental experiences that set kids up for a lifetime of healthy smiles!
