Dental Assistant Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dental team in providing high-quality oral healthcare to patients. If you are passionate about dentistry and patient care, we would love to have you on board.

Responsibilities:

• Perform X-Rays and assist with dental procedures
• Utilize medical terminology accurately in patient interactions and documentation
• Assist in pediatric dentistry procedures, ensuring a comfortable environment for young patients
• Demonstrate knowledge of dental anatomy and procedures such as prosthodontics
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
• Implement aseptic techniques to ensure a clean and safe dental environment
• Support the dentist with four-handed dentistry techniques
• Provide assistance in pediatric dental care, catering to the unique needs of children
• Utilize proficient dental terminology during patient care and interactions

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or relevant healthcare role preferred
• Familiarity with X-Ray procedures and equipment
• Knowledge of pediatric dentistry practices is a plus
• Understanding of dental anatomy and terminology
• Experience with medical documentation and record-keeping
• Proficiency in aseptic techniques for infection control
