The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, patient-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced dental environment while delivering excellent clinical and customer service support. Position Type Full-Time Competitive pay based on experience Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories according to OSHA and infection-control standards Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and impressions/scans Record and update patient medical histories and treatment notes Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care Seat and prepare patients for treatment Maintain inventory and organize dental supplies Assist with scheduling, confirming appointments, and front desk support when needed Ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day Provide excellent patient communication in both English and another language Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of dental assisting experience preferred Bilingual required (English + Spanish preferred) X-ray certification preferred Knowledge of Open Dental or similar dental software is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office Professional attitude and appearance Reliable transportation and punctuality Preferred Qualifications Experience with crown and bridge procedures, extractions, root canals, and implants Coronal polishing certification (if applicable) Familiarity with insurance and treatment planning Benefits Paid time off Holiday pay Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment Employee dental benefits If you are passionate about patient care and want to grow with a dynamic dental team, we would love to hear from you.
