Job Description

About Us:
We are an established, patient-focused dental practice with over 10 years of serving the NOVA community . Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care in a welcoming and professional environment. We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Dental Assistant to join our growing team.
No prior experience is necessary:
we provide paid, hands-on training for the right candidate! This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to start a career in dentistry or transition into a new field.
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during procedures (training provided) Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after visits Communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking patients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinical area Support team members as needed
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English (required) Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and grow Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable and punctual
