Job Description

David Ross Orthodontics is currently looking for a full-time clinical orthodontic team member. 1 year or more of
EXPERIENCE
is a plus but not necessary. All we ask is that you bring a

attitude, an eagerness to learn, and a love for people and patients! We are a private practice seeking motivated, enthusiastic, bubbly people to join our already amazing team!
Summary of Position:
Our clinical orthodontic assistants are responsible for hands-on patient care and coordinating all levels of treatment with the practice and doctor. This role is vital and requires a high level of attention to detail and organization in a fast-paced environment. Participating in our team's community outreach and marketing activities.
Essential Job Function:
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude and deliver excellent customer service to patients Coordinate patient care and treatment according to the doctor and other team members. Hands on patient care and assisting the doctor and other team members in delivering orthodontic treatment Be receptive to training and coaching on best practices Maintain an organized working space Coordinate with other team members and doctors as needed for treatment issues or questions Other duties as required as they relate to the position
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent customer service experience Have excellent written and oral communication skills Compassion and high level of service for our patients, parents, and staff Integrity, always doing the right thing Dependable, reliable to be at work when scheduled Attention to detail Able to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines Professional manner and appearance at all times High-School Diploma Required 1-3 Years Relative Experience 1 Year of healthcare experience
