Team:

Roles/Responsibilities:
Chair-side assisting for dental assistant procedures Greeting patients upon arrival and monitoring appointment flow Setting up treatment rooms and maintaining instruments, supplies, and equipment Escorting patients to treatment rooms and ensuring their comfort Reviewing and updating patient health histories as per protocol Anticipating and assisting the dentist and dental assistant team during procedures Preparing dental materials (cements, amalgam, composite, impression materials, etc.) Taking radiographs (pano's and FMX) for assigned dentists and dental assistants Charting patient information accurately, including treatments and charges Providing post-treatment care instructions and answering patient questions Ensuring accurate treatment notes and scheduling follow-up appointments Monitoring and managing inventory and supplies Maintaining sterilization and infection control protocols
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of Dental Assistant experience (Preferred) Proficient in dental terminology and charting Ability to work effectively in a collaborative dental assistant team Strong patient care skills and attention to detail
