The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of dental assisting experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support the dental assisting team to ensure efficient daily operations. Assist dentists during a wide range of dental procedures, including restorative, surgical, cosmetic, and emergency treatments. Train, mentor, and onboard new dental assistants. Ensure treatment rooms are properly prepared, stocked, and maintained. Oversee instrument sterilization and infection control protocols in compliance with OSHA and CDC guidelines. Manage inventory and coordinate ordering of dental supplies. Monitor clinical workflow and assist with scheduling to maximize productivity. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Provide excellent patient communication and education before, during, and after treatment. Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, and front office staff to create a positive patient experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dental Assistant. Dental Assisting certification preferred. Knowledge of dental software and digital radiography. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience training and supervising team members is preferred. Reliable, professional, and patient-focused.
