Description Lead Dental Assistant - 3+ Years Experience Cambridge Dental Group - Dearborn Heights, MI Full-Time | 2 Saturdays per Month Required Comprehensive Benefits Offered Are you an experienced Dental Assistant ready to take the next step into a leadership role? Cambridge Dental Group in Dearborn Heights is seeking a skilled, motivated, and team-oriented Lead Dental Assistant to help lead our clinical team while delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, modern dental practice.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant Previous leadership or mentoring experience preferred Strong proficiency in making high-quality temporary crowns Hands-on experience using iTero intraoral scanners Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced clinical environment Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care Willingness to work 2 Saturdays per month as part of your regular schedule
Responsibilities:
Lead and support the dental assisting team to ensure efficient daily operations Assist doctors chairside during a variety of dental procedures Train and mentor new clinical team members Maintain clinical workflow and ensure operatories are fully prepared Ensure sterilization and infection control protocols are consistently followed Support a positive patient experience from start to finish Collaborate closely with doctors and leadership to improve systems and efficiency
