We're looking for a dependable, energetic, and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our busy general dental practice! Our office serves a diverse patient population, and we're looking for someone who is confident, adaptable, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care while keeping the day running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Assist the doctor chairside during procedures including crowns, fillings, implants, surgical extractions, bone grafting, and root canals Take full-mouth X-rays, digital X-rays, and intraoral images Chart treatment accurately and maintain patient records using Dentrix Ascend Use iTero scanner for digital impressions and treatment workflows Fabricate temporary crowns/provisionals as needed Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines Set up and break down operatories efficiently between patients Provide excellent patient care and help ease dental anxiety Educate patients on post-op instructions and oral hygiene when needed Manage inventory and ensure supplies are stocked Support team workflow to keep the schedule running efficiently
Qualifications:
Dental assisting experience preferred (minimum 1 year ideal) X-ray certification is helpful but not required Experience with iTero scanner and Dentrix Ascend preferred Ability to fabricate temporary crowns is a strong plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-player mentality Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance

Compensation:
$18•25 per hour depending on experience
Schedule:
We are primarily seeking a full-time team member, but are open to considering part-time applicants with flexible availability.
