Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Patient Care and Assistance:
Ensuring patient comfort in the dental chair. Preparing patients and the work area for treatments and procedures. Assisting dentists during procedures by passing instruments and using equipment like suction hoses. Taking and processing dental x-rays. Instructing patients on proper oral hygiene. Monitoring patient comfort and assisting with procedures like fillings, crowns, and extractions.
Clinical Support:
Sterilizing dental instruments and equipment. Preparing exam rooms between appointments. Performing lab tasks under the direction of a dentist, such as taking dental impressions or preparing materials for crowns. Please email resume with contact information.
