  • Temporary, Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a temporary Dental Assistant for our small but fun Jenison office.
If you are motivated, outgoing, and enjoy your work, we have great patients and staff waiting to meet you. This position is for a 3 month maternity leave for July, August, and September. Whether you have years of experience, or are a new grad, we are excited to meet and work with you! Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments, materials, and supplies for various dental procedures. Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments by handing instruments, managing suction devices, and ensuring patient comfort. Take X-ray images. Manage patient records using Eaglesoft. Educate patients on oral health practices, post-treatment care, and dental terminology to promote informed decision-making. Maintain a sterile environment through aseptic techniques and proper infection control procedures aligned with industry standards.
