Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment Take and develop dental X-rays Ensure patients feel comfortable before, during, and after procedures Maintain accurate patient records Follow all infection control and safety protocols Qualifications Dental Assistant certification (if required by state) X-ray certification preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Strong attendance Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
