Job Description
Overview We are a small, private general dental office seeking a dependable and experienced Dental Assistant / Dental Administrator to join our supportive and patient-focused team. Our office values professionalism, teamwork, kindness, and exceptional patient care. We are looking for someone who is motivated, organized, adaptable, and confident in both the clinical and administrative sides of dentistry. Join our dental team as a Dental Assistant / Administrative Professional, where your energy and dedication will directly enhance patient care and practice efficiency. In this vital role, you will support clinical procedures, manage patient interactions, and ensure smooth administrative operations within a fast-paced dental environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere for patients while maintaining the highest standards of infection control and medical documentation. Compensation is flexible and will reflect the candidate's experience and strengths, not necessarily what the ad shows.
Responsibilities Include:
Clinical Responsibilities:
Assisting the doctor during procedures Sterilization and operatory setup Taking dental radiographs Preparing treatment rooms and instruments Supporting patient care and comfort throughout appointmentsAdministrative Responsibilities:
Scheduling and confirming appointments Answering phones and assisting patients Insurance verification and administrative support Managing patient records and treatment coordination Helping maintain a smooth daily office flow Requirements Dental experience isREQUIRED
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Knowledge of Eaglesoft is preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented attitude with a positive personality Comfortable working in both front office and clinical settingsPlease Note:
