Job Description

We take care of great patients and enjoy laughing with them every single workday. Our practice is high tech, using digital scanners, lasers and AI. We also make digital dentures and place and restore dental implants. Experience in the dental profession is preferred, but we would be willing to consider training the right person. Benefits include an $800 per month health stipend after a 90-day initiation period, 4% 401k match after 1 year and continuous opportunities for learning and growing. Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up and disinfecting treatment rooms, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly with strict adherence to infection control protocols. Assist dentist during various procedures such as restorations, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry with precision and confidence. Take dental X-rays and 3D scans, while maintaining proper radiation safety standards. Manage patient records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) Dentrix. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care to promote long-term dental health. Skills Proficiency with Dentrix Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, aseptic techniques, and medical coding standards. Experience with chairside assisting in general dentistry settings. Ability to operate dental imaging equipment such as X-ray machines and 3D scanners safely and effectively. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance to protect patient confidentiality at all times. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with patients of all ages and coordinate with the dental team seamlessly. Understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and the ability to document medical records accurately.
