We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist with various procedures and ensure excellent patient care in a private dental office setting. Hours are as follows Mon-Wednesday 7:30-5:00 and Thursdays 6:30-3:00 NO FRIDAYS Duties
  • Support dentists during examinations and treatment procedures
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments for dental procedures
  • Take digital dental X-rays
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with medical documentation
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post op instructions
  • Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • use digital scanner for crown and bridge
  • Perform four-handed dentistry techniques efficiently Requirements
  • Knowledge of general dentistry practices and procedures
  • strong Understanding of dental anatomy and terminology
  • Experience working in a dental office is required
  • Proficiency in using a 3D scanner for dental imaging or ability to learn
  • Ability to perform tasks using four-handed dentistry techniques Ability to fabricate temporary crowns and bridges, or ability to learn ability to adjust occlusal guards comfortable giving post op insytuctions and answering patient questions triage effectivly emergency appointments Ability to anticipate Doctors needs during procedures so she doesn't have to ask for instruments constantly monitor patients comfort level
