The Dental Assistant will support the dentist during clinical procedures, help maintain a smooth daily workflow, and ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for. Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and operatories Take digital X‑rays and intraoral photos Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Provide excellent patient communication and chairside support Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols Contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Qualifications Dental Assistant certification or relevant experience preferred X‑ray certification (required or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and patient‑care skills Ability to multitask and work well in a team setting Positive attitude and professional demeanor Experience with dental software (Open Dental) is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Part time and full-time opportunities available Stable, long‑term position in a growing private practice Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter telling us why you'd be a great fit for our team.
