Dental Assistant

Join Our Team as a Dental Assistant! We are looking for an exceptional Dental Assistant who is passionate about patient care and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In this role, you'll play a vital part in keeping our office running smoothly while helping deliver high-quality dental care. You'll support the dentist clinically and administratively, ensuring every patient feels comfortable, informed, and well cared for. What You'll Do Greet and welcome patients warmly, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere Prepare patients for exams and treatments, ensuring their comfort and confidence Set up and break down treatment rooms efficiently Select, organize, and sterilize instruments in accordance with health and safety regulations Assist the dentist with four-handed dentistry Take digital scans (intraoral scanning experience required) Fabricate and place temporary crowns (must be able to temp confidently and efficiently) Perform lab tasks as instructed Provide oral hygiene education and post-operative instructions Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked clinical environment Schedule appointments and support front office tasks as needed Accurately maintain patient records and assist with payment procedures What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Dental Assistant Proficiency with digital scanning technology Ability to fabricate and adjust temporary crowns independently Strong knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols Understanding of health and safety regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented High school diploma (Dental Assistant certification preferred) Why Join Us?
