We are not your typical dental office. All our team members are here for the long term. This position is for a career in dentistry, not just a short-term job. We love to learn, travel to seminars when needed to improve our skills, be cutting edge in dental advancements, work hard, have a proactive attitude, have fun, take vacations, and spend time with our families. That's why we work 3 days and are off 4 days. This gives us balance at work and balance in our family life outside of work.
Schedule:
Tues, Wed, and Thurs from 7:30 am-6:30 pm (30 hours/week)
Perks and Compensation:
6-7 weeks of paid vacation. Great bonus system. Competitive pay ($24-27/hr with the right qualifications). Generous 401K plan (Extra work hours are also available if needed.)
Qualifications:
Passion for dentistry and empathy for patients. Great customer service skills. Love of people. Attention to detail. Great work ethic. Organization/planning proficiently. Follow through on commitments. Intelligent. Analytical skills. Efficient. Takes initiative. Proactive attitude. Enjoys working as a dental assistant. Honesty/Integrity (what you do when no one is looking). dental assistant experience, preferably CDA, RDA, or EFRDA.
