(NMHSI) is hiring a Dental Assistant to join our Dental team in Traverse City, Michigan, 32 to 40 hours per week. What You'll Do As a Dental Assistant at NMHSI, you'll be a key part of delivering excellent, patient-centered care. Your day-to -day work will include: Prepare patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures Assist Dentists and Hygienists during exams and treatments Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control standards Taking diagnostic x-rays and recording medical/dental histories Educating patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care Maintain accurate patient records Supporting scheduling and insurance processes Helping ensure dental equipment is clean, functional, and properly maintained.
