Job Description

Dental Assistant•Redwood Dental Woodhaven Redwood Dental has been serving the area for over 20 years. The ideal candidate will be caring, team-player, and motivated people-person with a strong work ethic and superior clinical skills.

Requirements:
Minimum of 1+ years of dental assisting experience Experience making temporary crowns and bridges Ability to take high-quality impressions Comfortable assisting chairside during a variety of dental procedures Able to manage a main column while balancing side book appointments Strong multitasking and time-management skills Knowledge of sterilization protocols and OSHA safety standards Proficient in taking and developing X-rays Experience using Prime Scan Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software (preferred) Ability to educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op care
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during procedures professionally and efficiently Prepare and sterilize instruments to maintain a safe, hygienic environment Take and develop dental X-rays Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
