Lead Licensed Dental Assistant Our beautiful, private dental practice in Chaska is searching for a Lead Licensed Dental Assistant to join our talented team! West Lakes Dentistry has two well-established practice locations that focus on patient education and empowerment. This position would be for the Chaska location only. With a positive, fulfilling team culture, West Lakes Dentistry delivers the highest level of care possible to our loyal patient base. Mission:
To exceed the patient's expectations while providing advanced, comprehensive services and care that empowers patients to maintain beneficial oral health practices throughout their lifetime.Preferred experience/skillset/characteristics:
Have a deep interest in continuing education and up to date on the current trends in Dentistry/Dental Assisting Possess sharp clinical skills including but not limited to capturing diagnostic x-rays, iTero scanning, and anticipating the needs of the doctor Desired characteristics: superb time management, self-starter, comforting chair-side communication style and ability to work independently and cohesively within a team Areas of practice:General Dentistry:
esthetic crown, bridge, implant and composite restorationsProsthodontics:

Invisalign Oral surgery: extractions, bone graftingCosmetic Dentistry:

Tuesday- Thursday 7:00 am
- 4:00 pm Friday 7:00 am
- 3:00 pm Compensation & benefits: $3,000 welcome bonus Compensation starting at $36/hour Benefits including but not limited to 401K with 3% match, PTO, paid holidays, sick pay, medical insurance, HSA, dental coverage (employee and family), CPR, CE, uniform, and more
