Job Description

We are a busy and growing pediatric dental office in Maple Grove seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide high-quality dental care in a friendly and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms. Take and develop dental radiographs. Provide oral hygiene instructions to parents and patients. Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation. Sterilize instruments and adhere to infection control protocols. Support the office team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Valid dental assistant license in Minnesota. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude. Ability to work effectively with children and families.
