QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent Business or Administrative Assistant experience in a dental or healthcare office preferred Greet patients, manage calls, and schedule appointments Manage daily schedule and patient flow Verify insurance and explain coverage to patients Process payments, copays, and balances; provide cost estimates Assist with billing, coding, and claim subscriptions Order and restock office supplies Communicate treatment plans and financial information clearly Work with the dental team to ensure smooth patient care This Job Posting does not contain an exhaustive list of all roles, activities, requirements, efforts, or working conditions associated with the position.
