We are seeking someone who is positive, dependable, fast-paced, and passionate about delivering an amazing patient experience. This is a great opportunity for an assistant who wants to be part of a high-energy, high-tech dental office with room to grow. A strong Invisalign background is preferred, and we are especially interested in someone who can help support cosmetic, Invisalign, restorative, and comprehensive dentistry. What We're Looking For We are looking for a Licensed Dental Assistant with at least 3 years of dental assisting experience . The ideal candidate is confident, organized, great with patients, and comfortable working in a busy clinical setting. A strong background with Invisalign records, iTero scanning, patient education, attachments, IPR support, tray delivery, and Invisalign workflow is highly preferred.

Responsibilities Responsibilities include:

Assisting doctors during restorative, cosmetic, Invisalign, and surgical procedures Taking digital X-rays, photos, scans, and other records Supporting Invisalign consults, records visits, tray deliveries, attachments, and progress checks Educating patients and helping them feel comfortable and confident in treatment Maintaining clean, organized, and fully stocked operatories Sterilization and infection control Helping keep the clinical schedule running efficiently Being a positive, reliable team player Requirements Licensed Dental Assistant in Minnesota Minimum of 3 years dental assisting experience required Invisalign experience strongly preferred iTero scanning experience preferred Strong communication skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-first mindset What We Offer $10,000 signing bonus Signing bonus is paid after 6 months from start date in $1,000/month increments Great pay Full-time hours Great benefits Friendly, supportive work environment High-tech office with modern systems Room for growth Opportunity to be involved in Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, sedation, and advanced procedures A team that values positivity, hard work, and excellent patient care About Us White Smiles Family Dentistry is a growing dental group focused on providing high-quality, modern dental care in a positive and patient-centered environment.
