The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures and help to ensure patients receive high-quality care. Ideal candidates work well with their team in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be well-organized, have a positive attitude, be motivated to learn, and continually develop their professional skills. Duties:
  • Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures
  • Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
  • Assist dentists during operative procedures
  • Take dental radiographs
  • Make temporary crowns
  • Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies and basic knowledge of dental procedures.
  • Knowledge of Invisalign, implants
  • Manage inventory of dental supplies, keep rooms appropriately stocked.
Experience:
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • Understanding of dental anatomy
  • Proficiency in Dentrix software with the ability to enter accurate treatment plans.
  • Experience in taking CBCT a plus
