Our well-established and modern dental practice in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Licensed Dental Assistant to join our exceptional team. What You'll Do:

As a vital member of our clinical team, you will: Provide exceptional chairside assistance to our dentists during a variety of dental procedures. Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are readily available and sterile. Take accurate digital radiographs. Maintain patient comfort and effectively communicate pre- and post-operative instructions. Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment according to OSHA and infection control guidelines. Assist with laboratory duties as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Contribute to a positive and efficient workflow within the practice.

What We're Looking For:

Current and valid Minnesota Dental Assistant License. Proficiency in digital radiography. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. An impeccable positive attitude and a strong commitment to patient care. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Bonus Points If You Have (or are Interested In): We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience with or are eager to learn expanded functions , including the administration of local anesthesia . For the right candidate, we are willing to provide training and support to obtain the necessary certifications. Your willingness to grow your skills in these areas will be highly valued and will open doors for increased responsibilities and professional development within our practice. Invisalign experience is a plus!
